Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is a gentle hands-on healing energy therapy.    Just as the brain remembers the facts of a situation, the cells of the body remember the emotions, feelings and sensations of a situation.

Similar to Traditional Chinese Medicine teachings, IET holds the belief that specific parts of the body hold specific emotions (i.e., the liver holds anger, the kidneys hold fear, etc.).  

Through our experiences, emotions and memories become lodged and trapped within the cells of the body; thereby blocking the natural flow of the energy within the body.  These emotions and energy blocks often result in limiting and destructive thoughts, patterns and ways of living.  Blocked energy also contributes to compromised health and wellness.

IET is a safe, nurturing, highly-effective way to gently remove these trapped emotions.  Releasing emotional blocks allows the internal energy to flow more freely and fully; thereby allowing one to enjoy a more empowering, fulfilling, peaceful and abundant life.  

IET practitioners use a unique Cellular Memory Map and apply light hand pressure to targeted areas of the body to gently remove “the issues from the tissues.”  The energy within the body is then naturally balanced, allowing the individual to feel more confident, complete, joyful and restored.

IET is called “Integrated” Energy Therapy because it “integrates” the pain of the past, into the power of the present, to bring about a more joy-filled future.  IET is a very gentle, loving, peaceful energy.

In this Basic Level class, you will:

* Learn about the body’s internal energy
* Learn where emotions are stored in the body
* Learn how to use the IET Cellular Memory Map
* Learn how to perform IET on yourself and others
* Receive an attunement of the IET healing energies
* Become certified as an IET Practitioner

Integrated Energy Therapy beautifully complements Reiki and many other gentle art healing modalities.

This is a one day training certification class, offered on Saturday, February 20th and also on Sunday, March 6th from 10 am – 5 pm at Center for the Soul (50 Main Street in Chester).  Class fee is $215.
